Shipping Information

We ship using trusted carriers including Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator.

Estimated delivery times are typically 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on location, carrier, weather conditions, and seasonal shipping volume.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier. Once an order has left our store and is in the possession of the carrier, transit times and delays are outside of our control.


Damaged Shipments

All items are carefully inspected and securely packaged before leaving our store.

If your package arrives damaged, please retain all original packaging and contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim. We are happy to assist by providing documentation if needed.


Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members and neighbors and contact the shipping carrier to open an investigation.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. While we are not responsible for replacing packages confirmed as delivered, we are happy to assist in communicating with the carrier where possible.


Carrier Delays

Delays due to weather, high shipping volume, or other carrier disruptions are outside of our control. We appreciate your understanding.

Local pickup orders are typically ready within 24 hours during regular business hours.

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this notification before coming to the store.

During busy periods or special events, preparation times may be slightly extended.
