We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Exchanges & Store Credit
You can request an exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned with the original receipt. Refunds are issued as store credit only; we do not issue cash refunds. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Final Sale Items
Sale items, special orders, and all Fiesta products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
- Contact us at info@thekitchenshop.ca or 705-326-5461 to request a return or exchange.
- Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Once approved, send the item back in its original packaging with the original receipt.
- Upon receipt and inspection, store credit or exchange will be issued for the product cost.

Print out your Order Information
We will need your order info included within the return package so we know who to issue the store credit to. If you don't have a printer, neatly hand write the info that can be found on your order confirmation email. We will need your Order Number, Full Name, and Email used to make the purchase.
Re-Pack up your Shipment
In order to ensure your return arrives safely back to us, it should be packaged back up the way it was shipped to you.
Bring it to the Post Office
Bring your order to your local Post Office and ship it to the following return address:
