Can I put your items on a Registry?
You absolutely can! We recommend using a general Registry website like myregistry.com. You can directly link our items in our shop by just copy pasting links to specific products to your registry.
Do you Ship?
We ship most of our products within Canada. However because of weight or size there are a few products we only offer in-store for purchase or for pick up when shopping online.
I'm looking for a specific item.
Give our search bar a try using a key word or brand name, keep it simple! Or if you're having difficulty finding something, we are happy to do the searching for you, call our shop or send us an email.
How soon can I pick up an Online Order?
Online orders are ready within 1-3 business days. You'll know it's ready to pick up once you receive a Pick Up email. If you are hoping to pick up something urgently, send us an email or give us a call and we will do our very best to get it ready quickly for you!
I placed an online order, but I've changed my mind.
We completely get it, we change our minds too! Simply reply to your order confirmation email and let us know. If you can't find that email (sometimes they end up in your junk box) send us an email with the email you used to check out as well as your full name used on the order.
