⚠️ Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a damage claim.

Damage that occurs during transit is the responsibility of the carrier. However, we are happy to assist by providing any documentation or support needed to help you with your claim.

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Please check with household members and neighbors.

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly to open an investigation.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. While we are not responsible for replacing packages confirmed as delivered, we will gladly assist in communicating with the carrier where possible.
